This Privacy Policy describes how DP Digital LLC (“DP Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use SAM (Smart Assistant Manager) and the website at samfantasy.com (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Waitlist (before product launch)

If you join the launch waitlist, we collect your email address and the time you signed up. We may record a simple source tag so we know where you joined from.

SMS opt-in (public form)

If you opt in to SAM texts on the SMS Program page, we collect your mobile number, the time you consented, and a record of the consent text version you agreed to. Texts begin when SAM launches. In-app opt-in during account signup arrives with the product launch.

Account and product use (at and after launch)

When the product is available, we may collect:

• Account information such as email, display name, and authentication identifiers
• Mobile number and SMS consent records when you opt in via the public form on the SMS Program page, and later during account signup or in settings when the product launches
• League and roster data you choose to link from platforms such as Sleeper, Yahoo, or ESPN
• Messages you send to SAM and messages SAM sends back, needed to provide the service
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and error data used for security and reliability

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Operate the waitlist and invite you when beta opens
• Provide fantasy football assistance, alerts, and related product features
• Send SMS only when you have opted in, as described in our SMS Program
• Respond to support requests
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

3. SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use mobile numbers only to deliver the SAM text program you opted into, and to handle opt-out and support requests related to that program. Details are on the SMS Program page and in our Terms of Service.

Message frequency varies with your usage and your alert settings. On peak days, users with multiple leagues and all alerts enabled may receive 15 or more messages in a day. Message and data rates may apply.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers. Vendors who help us host the product, send email or SMS, or provide infrastructure. They are bound to use data only for services they perform for us.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers. If DP Digital is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer under appropriate confidentiality.

5. Cookies and tracking

The public marketing site does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. We do not run a cookie consent banner because we do not set non-essential tracking cookies. Essential technical cookies may be used later for authentication when accounts launch.

6. Data retention

Waitlist emails are kept until beta invites are complete, or until you ask us to delete them. Account, league, message, and SMS consent records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, security, and legal obligations. You can request deletion at support@samfantasy.com.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Children

SAM is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Your choices

• Waitlist: email support@samfantasy.com to request removal of your email.
• SMS: reply STOP to cancel texts, or manage alerts in the product when available. Reply HELP for help.
• Account data: contact support@samfantasy.com for access or deletion requests.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
